I always stay here, no regrets. The staff helped me with late check-out. Perfect place, has everything I need - Wi-Fi, off-site car park, air conditioning. I love the pool, game room, beach access, and outdoor swimming pool. Coming back for a romantic escape.

The location of this apartment is excellent, with stunning views and only a short distance from the beach. The room is spotless and bright, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing early check-in and late check-out.
The facilities in the hotel attached to the apartment were not up to standard. The pools were dirty and unusable, and there was no entertainment during our stay.

Our hosts, Davide and Maria, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags before check-in and even let us stay late on our departure day. The apartment itself was immaculate and had breathtaking views. It was also conveniently located, only a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Despite some minor noise from nearby renovations, our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Playa de las Americas.

The apartment was spotless and bright with gorgeous views. It was very quiet and close to the beach. the hosts allowed us to leave our bags early and stay late, providing exceptional customer service. the apartment had everything we needed and plenty of English TV channels.
Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.

Spacious and Comfortable: The apartment consisted of a living room and a bedroom which provided ample space for relaxation. It felt like having my own cozy little oasis amidst the bustling city.

We had a wonderful stay at 1107 Sea View Playa Las Americas And Swimming Pool. the spacious apartment had outstanding views and a lovely large balcony. It was modern, clean, and well, maintained. the location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. the apartment had plenty of amenities, including free internet and a good selection of English TV channels. the 24, hour reception made it convenient for us to collect the keys. the hosts, Davide and Maria, were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment before check, in and letting us stay until the afternoon on our departure day.
